Riley Howington is a highly motivated and results-oriented Partner Services Manager at Sport Fishing Championship, where she plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners. With a deep passion for the fishing industry and a talent for fostering collaboration, Riley ensures that every partner's experience is seamless, impactful, and aligned with the league’s objectives. 
 
In her first season, Riley drove sponsor outreach and managed inventory, contributing significantly to the success of high-profile events like the Zane Grey Championship Playoffs. She oversees a diverse portfolio of league-wide and team partnerships, including Verizon and Onewater, and manages ongoing client services to ensure contracts are fulfilled and expectations are exceeded. 

Riley holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and has a strong background in the OEM boat and marine industries. A native of Fort Myers, Florida, Riley’s lifelong passion for fishing has not only shaped her career but also provided her with a unique perspective and extensive network within the sport. She is a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed Master Captain and commits her free time to both professional development and volunteer work. As a former president of the Salty Gators Fishing Club, FIT for ALL coach, Best Buddies member, as well as the founder and host of the annual "Teach a Buddy to Fish", Riley is dedicated to fostering inclusivity and promoting adaptive sports. She is also an active member of Women in Sports and Events (WISE), the Marine Marketers of America, and a committed supporter of Captains for Clean Water. 

Guided by her mantra, “Know your people,” Riley focuses on building trust and fostering meaningful connections with partners—big and small—to maximize the value of each collaboration, enhancing the experience for all stakeholders, and elevating the Sport Fishing Championship to new heights.
