Texas Lone Stars Angling Club

Representing Central Texas and the South Texas coast, Texas Lone Stars Angling Club’s 5-pointed star imagery pays homage to the iconic “Lone Star State” moniker, and from the first official Texas Ranger Unit, formed in 1835 as part of the colony’s fight for independence from Mexico. The club takes its colors from the Texas State flag, first created in 1839. The star logo is created by combining two heading arrows found on a fishing boat’s GPS units.
