SFC Insider Unveils The Top 3 Clubs in Merchandise Sales

Which angling clubs are lighting up the sales in addition to the leaderboard

The SFC Shop has been live for a few months now coinciding with the start of both the 2025 season and the new era of professional angling clubs. At the halfway point through the season, it’s time to take a look and see which of these newly-launched clubs are selling on the marketplace and building fan bases in their home markets.

1) South Carolina Outcast Angling Club
It doesn’t come as much of a surprise that the club lead by NASCAR driver Austin Dillon and his team would lead in merchandise sales. In the world of merchandise trailers, multiple sponsors, car liveries, race suits and Dillon’s personal interest in the outdoors, it was expected that the South Carolina Outcast would instantly be one of the most popular clubs.

Being the only professional sports team in the State of South Carolina, and the incredible showing for their home event party on Shem Creek during the HUK Charleston Billfish Cup, the Outcast have shown out in the merchandise store.

2) New Jersey Sea Birds Angling Club
Everyone loves a winner, and the Atlantic Division leading New Jersey Sea Birds are the top squad on the east coast. What’s interesting to see about their merchandise sales is that their home event comes at the conclusion of the regular season, with the MidAtlantic in Cape May.

With the HUK Big Fish Classic coming in nearby Ocean City, Maryland, there are plenty of events where their homecoming and fan base will show even more support. There’s rumor of an invite-only party being organized for one of the next Atlantic stops as well.

3) Lights Out New England Angling Club
With their home event coming next week at the Oak Bluffs Bluewater Classic (OBBC) friends, family and fans will be out in full force. Add on a party for their home event and there’s a possibility that by the end of the season, Lights Out may top merchandise sales.

Currently sitting in second place in the Atlantic Division points, consistent TV time, exposure and competitive finishes shine the spotlight on this club. With a potential rebrand in the books for 2026, their selection for this season will be extra exclusive.
