Overview

The 23rd annual Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic is the second of a Gulf Division triple-header on SFC's calendar. Held at Baytowne Marina, the 233-slip facility hosts thousands of spectators each year as the boats return to the scales to weigh mahi-mahi, wahoo and a variety of other meat fish.

Stop four of six for the Gulf Division, the championship picture begins to take shape. From this stop, angling clubs will plot course nealry 200 miles offshore, hedging their bets between different fishing grounds from the nearby Destin Dome, to DeSoto Canyon, Lloyd Ridge and the Atwater Valley. High-risk, high-reward decision making on display across the field of competitiors.
